Rates and Terms of Woodbine Villa in Houghton Lake Michigan

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation. However, if you give 60 days notice and we are able to re-rent your cabin, we will refund your deposit less a $35.00 service charge.

PAYMENT: We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, VISA and MasterCard

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Not applied to rental fee. Refunded amount is based on condition of cabin after inspection.

CABIN OCCUPANCY - We limit the number of guests per cabin to 6 (including babies and children). We limit the number of "Adults" per cabin to 4.

LINENS (SHEETS):
Sheets are not provided during the Summer for weekly rentals from June through August. Some Guests prefer having bed linens provided; therefore, sheets are available upon request at $5.00 per set. Blankets and bedspreads are provided at all times.

TOWELS - We do not provide bath towels or beach towels.

NO VISITOR POLICY - We are enforcing the no visitor policy. All inquiries regarding this policy should be discussed with management.

PETS - Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

No RV's - No motor homes, campers, camping trailers or tents are permitted (city ordinance). These are allowed only at the state park and licensed camp grounds.
